For efficient handling of your request, please provide a clear image of the item received along with a brief description of your issue. This information will help us refine our products and service quality.
Please note: Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your product, we regret that we cannot assist further.
Defective or Unsatisfactory Items
In the event that you receive a product that is defective or not functioning as advertised, please reach out immediately. We acknowledge our responsibility for any faults that arise during manufacturing or shipping.
For faster processing of refunds or exchanges, kindly include photographs that highlight the issues (e.g., missing components, visible defects). Ensure these images are taken on a flat surface where the item’s flaws are clearly visible. Once we verify the defect, we will organize a replacement for you without requiring the return of the faulty item. We utilize these images to improve our quality control measures.
Important: This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include:
- Accidental damage
- Improper use
- Normal wear and tear
- Color or material degradation from sunlight exposure
- Changes made after purchase
The same 14-day return window applies to defective items. If this period has lapsed, options for a refund or replacement may not be available.
Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, you can request a refund or a replacement. Please reach out to our team with your order details, and we will prioritize your situation.
Note:
- Claims must be made within 2 months from the order date. After this period, tracking may expire, limiting our ability to assist.
- If a refund is approved, please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account based on your bank's processing times.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. Once the refund has been issued, your financial institution may require additional time to process the funds. Here’s an estimated timeline:

- Paypal: 3 to 5 business days
